The National Maize Corporation (NMC) has released the approved list of agro-dealers for the Government Tractor Hire and Input Subsidy Programme, which is managed by the Corporation on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture. This initiative aims to support farmers across Eswatini by providing easier access to farming inputs.
As of 3rd September 2024, farmers who have contributed towards the programme can begin collecting their farming input packages from the approved agricultural input suppliers. The programme is designed to facilitate access to essential inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and other agricultural supplies, which are crucial for enhancing productivity and ensuring food security.
Approved Agro-Dealers Across Eswatini
The approved list of agro-dealers is geographically diverse, covering various regions to ensure easy accessibility for all farmers, thereby minimizing transport costs and travel distances. Below is the list of approved suppliers and their respective locations:
